Warranty Policy

Smart Living Box’s warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. On selected products warranty repairs will be carried out at Smart Living Box's authorized service centres only if accompanied with the original warranty card stamped by Smart Living Box.

The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repair of defective product or replacement of the defective part, or replacement or refund according to market price of the product itself (such decision are at the Smart Living Box’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

A twelve (12) month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within UAE. Repair or replacement under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your item manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaired but is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we'll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, you'll be refunded in full.
